Once I am a client and have given you the underlying factual information needed for your analysis, how fast can I get my report(s)?: We can email you our standard "settlement" report within two business days. A formal report suitable for disclosure and court purposes can be prepared in ten business days after all information is received..
How much is this going to cost?: If you do not require customization or assistance with data accumulation, a standard settlement report costs $950. A formal report suitable for court of disclosure purposes costs an additional $950. If you will have over twenty projects in a year, quantity discounts may be available.
How experienced are you?: Fulcrum’s founder has been performing damages analysis for over thirty years. Fulcrum’s other leaders are also quite experienced. Our work in personal injury and wrongful death cases include numerous large and complex cases, as well as more modest injuries and losses.
Your reports and calculations are considerably less expensive than what I have been paying.
