Specifically, we prepared a situational analysis which included a market assessment and competitor analysis. Based upon the situational analysis, different strategic options and business models were developed to radically alter the company's strategic direction.

Our executives developed an analysis of the overall industry including analyses of the competition, industry drivers, customers and technologies. With this analysis, the client chose to invest in one particular industry player versus the other two participants.
